800k account disabled due to copyright

I'm sorry this has happened to you. It sounds a lot like what happened to me with FB over a year ago and I never got my account back. I tried appeals and emailed them numerous times. They did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. In my case, it was incredibly ridiculous. I posted a few videos of my kids doing covers of a few popular hits and gave credit, etc. They did well and had over 10,000+ organic views. I got a warning, then maybe another, so I removed them from my personal page, but forgot to take them off their band page. Well, they disabled my personal account. Because I had given access to their band page to a couple of others, that was not lost. I am not sure that they will give it back to you but wish you the best of luck getting it back. Please report back with any developments.

no, but i'm about to start up and grow a large instagram account by hand, while having it supported by other bots. Problem is, i'm going to be using copyrighted material for the first 2 weeks, then i'm considering deleting them later.

If it's just for two weeks, I think it's okay, but you have to be careful

I have the original email but when Instagram send you a negative response they don't answer for next appeal, do you have other link for get back disabled account for copyright ?

Hello every one! My Instagram 800k gaming account just got disabled 2 days ago.I always posted content with tags and credits. Most of people were really happy after I reposted their content on my page with credits because I had really good amount of impressions. Also in my bio I attached email for credit/removal and always deleted instantly after someone contacted for that.

But for some people it was better to fill the Instagram copyright form and wait till they review that, than just simply email me. In total Instagram deleted my 4 posts due to copyright reports in 6 month period. Last one was removed 9 December and after 3 days on 12 December my page was disabled. When I try to login there no option to appeal, same in the email message. I filled this form as it was advised in some guide:

After I got their reply I sent them my photo with my name, page name and code on paper. I sent it 2 days ago and no reply yet.
I just wanted to ask you guys is there is someone who got their page back after it was disabled due to copyright?
Some guy on this forum said that if I contact people who reported and resolve the issue it would help. But I'm not sure will it really help if page is permanently disabled and they didn't even gave me chance to appeal?Any experience with that? I already contacted all them. And 2 of 4 answered and agreed to withdraw reports. One of them already sent the report withdraw 1h ago due this Instagram instructions:

Nope. I gave up. I contacted many people who has huge accounts and they successfully restored their pages, all they said it is 100% impossible to restore account after it was disabled due copyright. Advise for you guys: Do not upload other's content without permission. Credits and tag won't help, anyways someone will get mad and fill copyright form, then goodbye account for ever. Or go private, then there is much less % than someone will report your page.

I've had this happened to me before. Most likely they will deny the first request though. Feel free to reach out if you need help after that, it can get complicated trying to get it back but you should be able to.
