800k account disabled due to copyright

Hello every one! My Instagram 800k gaming account just got disabled 2 days ago.I always posted content with tags and credits. Most of people were really happy after I reposted their content on my page with credits because I had really good amount of impressions. Also in my bio I attached email for credit/removal and always deleted instantly after someone contacted for that.

But for some people it was better to fill the Instagram copyright form and wait till they review that, than just simply email me. In total Instagram deleted my 4 posts due to copyright reports in 6 month period. Last one was removed 9 December and after 3 days on 12 December my page was disabled. When I try to login there no option to appeal, same in the email message. I filled this form as it was advised in some guide:

After I got their reply I sent them my photo with my name, page name and code on paper. I sent it 2 days ago and no reply yet.
I just wanted to ask you guys is there is someone who got their page back after it was disabled due to copyright?
Some guy on this forum said that if I contact people who reported and resolve the issue it would help. But I'm not sure will it really help if page is permanently disabled and they didn't even gave me chance to appeal?Any experience with that? I already contacted all them. And 2 of 4 answered and agreed to withdraw reports. One of them already sent the report withdraw 1h ago due this Instagram instructions:

Congratulations! Was your posts removed due copyright reports before they disabled you page and if so how much times? I mean not music copyrights when their remove almost instantly after you posted. I mean the copyright reports which was filled and sent by content makers and after that you receive an email that post was removed and with complaining party contact info.

My posts get removed almost every week. It has been 2 years, I think your problem is something else. My account is fine.

I've had this happened to me before. Most likely they will deny the first request though. Feel free to reach out if you need help after that, it can get complicated trying to get it back but you should be able to.

I have another meme page, and my posts get removed often (around 1-2 times a month) on that one and no problem with this page. But posts were removed for aren't following Instagram term of use. Not due copyright. So that's why I think my page was removed because of copyright reports. Also when I try to login and get message that it was disabled and after I press "learn more" I get this message:

- We received a report from a person or company that the content you posted infringes or otherwise violates their legal rights (example: copyright, trademark rights)

My account got disabled yesterday because someone reported me of impersonation or something. I was surprised cos I give credit in all post and I don’t even chat with anyone only those that have business enquiry. They asked me to send any government issued card before investigating. I’m surprised how they disabled my account without even investigating at first. Wtf is IG turning to

I sometimes laugh when some think that adding a mention or a shout for using someone else's content is fine.

Yeah, I'll open a hamburger cart, and once a week put a McDonalds sign and say that I'm just giving them a shout and it's ok just to mention them.

Sooner or later, someone will report you, and you'll have big headaches, more than just getting a big account disabled.

Instagram is owned by facebook. They are pretty known for this type of crap.

It happened to me a year ago. I don't remember if it was for copyright issues.

Anyway, I sent a picture of me holding a paper and they restored my account in few days. So be patient.

UPDATE:
2 guys or 4 withdrawed their copyright reports(one on Friday and one on Sunday) and instagram replied already them both with this message:

“We recieved your email and made changes you requested.”


Also 3rd guy agreed to withdraw report but still waiting for his reply.
Instagram replied to my appeal on Friday via email with this message: “It looks like your account has been disabled. We disable Instagram accounts that don't follow our Terms of Use. Actions that are against our terms include: bla bla”


I sent them new appeal from new email right away on Friday. And now it is 3 days no reply.


I just wanted to ask you guys who got their pages back, How often should I send them appeals? And should I wait till they reply or just send new one if they don’t reply for couple of days?

I only see FB sucks come to support , and too bad iG now also owned by them so , same suck support services from them. Can take may weeks just to reply u .

UPDATE: 3 copyright reports of 4 removed. But it didn’t help.

4rd guy doesn’t reply to my emails for week and it can be possible that he doesn’t even use his email anymore. His report was made 6 months ago. I got 3 replies from Instagram that my page won’t be restored and I’m losing my hope

Whole this week was searching a lot information about how to restore disabled account and lot people say that it is almost impossible to restore page which was disabled due copyright reports.

Still hope to hear here from someone who got restored his page after copyright reports

Nope. All what caused ban were copyright reports. Nothing else, page was super clean with real followers only. Seems like it is really impossible to recover page after copyright strikes, even if I reached agreements with complaining parties and 3 of 4 copyright strikess are removed...smh

I'm sorry this has happened to you. It sounds a lot like what happened to me with FB over a year ago and I never got my account back. I tried appeals and emailed them numerous times. They did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. In my case, it was incredibly ridiculous. I posted a few videos of my kids doing covers of a few popular hits and gave credit, etc. They did well and had over 10,000+ organic views. I got a warning, then maybe another, so I removed them from my personal page, but forgot to take them off their band page. Well, they disabled my personal account. Because I had given access to their band page to a couple of others, that was not lost. I am not sure that they will give it back to you but wish you the best of luck getting it back. Please report back with any developments.
