Now, people gonna say DA is shit metrics, why do you see DA , blablabla
But just for an assumption, there is nothing better than Moz DA for assuming authority of site
How can I increase it that means how can I increase the authority of site?

If it's just purely increasing DA using whatever means, simply get a whole lot of contextual links using GSA and that will gradually increase your PA/DA to 40+ easily.
But if it's actual authority without using automated software, then pure white hat method in getting links.
But if it's grey hat area, meaning using blackhat but still legitly increase your DA, then you should buy a domain with higher DA and 301 it to your target website, and when a good amount of these 301 links are linking back, your DA will increase as well.

MOZ DA/PA is the last matrix I would check for a domain. Before that, you still have TF/CF of Majestic and UR/DR of Ahrefs to check out.

MOZ is hilariously inaccurate in my experience. DR is the best metrics I've found so far. But it will never beat a manual review of a web property.
