So which are better to have my website to be affiliated with?
I have heard black reviewes about Hubtraffic. That they don't count all the visitors. They don't pay..

Why not start with both? After some A/B testing you can get rid of the one that is not working for you.

You just answered your question. If you've heard or read bad reviews about Hubtraffic, then it's probably better to go with the second option.
