Need a tool that auto DMs when an IG user comments

I’m looking for a tool that does this.

For example

I post a pic on iG

Person comments

The tool then sends that user a DM

Is there such a tool out there ?

you also need to keep in mind there is a limit of a amount of dms you can send per hour i think its 20 to a new person you havent dm before
