Well it would be ideal if you contact the pages directly, also I am not very sure if without knowing what you are trying to promote anybody would can suggest or recommend any pages. Also if that is something not relevant to the pages/community, they might not do it even for money.

i will advertise some video's. so important for me is active and premium page .
