@yakuzaemme
Main problem is finding networks that have job offers or better yet agencies to work with?

Almost every CPA network has job offers in their inventory. They don't pay a ton but they are available.

You would be much better off collecting emails in the employment niche as opposed to sending them to an offer though as you can then send them to offers until they get sick of you and bail on your list... I've found that to be stupid effective.

No problem at all! I hope it can help you in the future with a Lead Generation ad. If you have no idea, this method is great for gathering information and building an email list for a low cost. Also, you can get some leads on the way!

Best of luck to you!

Thank you for that!

If you are living in Thailand, there should be websites or other resources that you could use. USA, the ones I mentioned were popular for my Country. Find resources that are popular for your niche, and then target them.

Yes, this is not to pinpoint EXACTLY who your audience is. This method is best for starting off somewhere and using this data to better further optimize for future promotions.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks again.

That's me. What is basic to you, may not be basic to others. Do you have anything further you could add to this thread to maybe make it more valuable?

Yes, but you can't improve anything if you don't have data. This strategy is best for gathering data to further optimize future campaigns. Don't have a email list or any leads? Use this strategy and you will get good results for a low cost.

Thank you for this. I really doo appreciate the positive comments. Some people don't understand that just because I posted a valuable thread, they completely miss the purpose of it, which is to help people start off with leads and/or build an email list. Not make you rich... BUT, what you do with this data afterwards can determine how you get rich.

Thank you. I appreciate the positivity.

There are a lot. Sadly, FB has had a bad rep for advertising with some niches. Have you had experience with FB ads?

I appreciate the valuable data you are writing on my thread. It really helps others who are looking out for the same stuff. There are so many ways to approach a promotion. This way, was just a basic way to get a low cost per lead. Help build an email list, and you can further narrow your audience down the road.

Again, I appreciate your feedback and tips. Hopefully it helps someone else!

How long have you been doing FB Lead Generation Ads?

Why do you keep posting your replies in white? It's fucking annoying.

I think it looks nicer. Also, I get a lot of messages and it helps me easily detect where my last reply was. You get easily annoyed lol. Should I leave them yellow? Ew.

Your background isn't black? Mine is.. I will choose a new color =)

Thank GOD!

@yakuzaemme Hey man.
Got some questions for you though in regards to job boards.

Been doing the same aswell in which my strategy is above mentioned.

Where do you find such agencies ( linkedin ) ? and what do you offer to strike a contract / deal ?

Why not reach out to companies directly? Large companies (possibly within sales or similar where no prior education or skill is needed).

Just select a few, local ones, analyze their current recruitment strategy and present them your addition.

Most networks I know though from searching are basically just those small paying offers that are crap and not really enticing. Such as those Apple/Uber/Mcdonalds offer in which is just not worth it.

I did though with zapier for every lead generated I transfer them directly to my CRM. Was looking to setup up with a company that might need recruitment leads and forward leads generated from the ads directly to their Dialer and they follow up just like what @yakuzaemme is doing i presume.

Well with my leads that I have right now though I did make a linkedin group for it while having them standby. I still have my pixels for retargeting for a more targeted campaign.

Have a look at Reflik.

Interesting, you basically established yourself as a headhunter recruiter for these different agencies and are just pumping out these candidates were only entry skills are needed. I work as a tech recruiter and I'm thinking about starting some consultancy company soon and your method has given me an idea to get leads. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant. Searched for a competitor aswell in which checked out rolepoint. Appreciate this to expand my headhunter venture :)

You can try SpyFu as well. I have used them. They also show what keywords your competitors are using for AdWords. As well as their best performing previous ads.

Thanks for providing this information. I will apply it in future.

Please let me know some results! I would love to hear about it!

@yakuzaemme could you share with us a screenshot of your ad copy for recruitment if you don't mind?
You may cover the FB page name and other sensitive info. Thanks

Here is what I did.

My Real Estate broker had a Call Center that would automatically follow up with the phone leads from FB that I generated. Here was the process:

Impression sees ad on FB > Lead Fills out Info > FB Integrated with a CRM > If lead answered "yes", it would get sent to the call center > Call center would create appointments for the brokers Real Estate agents > Agent would meet them to talk about a home > deal would close or not.

Usually 1-2 out of 10 leads that said yes would end up closing.

Leads costing roughly $1/ea. usually 1 out of every 6-8 people would answer yes. So roughly every $60 - $120 would be a closed deal. Insanely good. Plus we would retarget them later and email them etc.
