User richie311 asked me to start an order for Google reviews on Sept 4th followed by 2 more orders on Sept 5th and 6th.
He asked me if I can start this urgently to which my response was yes. Considering the positive experience I had with him for some previous orders, his project was initiated without any upfront payment. A confirmation message was given to him along with payment link and report sheet. I was going little slow with his order since the payment confirmation was awaited from his end. Out of 30 reviews, 12 reviews were already posted by the time I realized something's wrong.
Multiple reminders were given to him to pay for the services along with project updates but I heard nothing from him. After chasing him since Sept 8th to release the service fees, Now I am confident that he is not in a mood to pay me.
Out of 12 reviews, 11 are still live on his listings. 1 review got removed couple of days back which I am not going to refill. I need him to pay me for those 11 live reviews @ $55.

He gave additional link to work with 10 more reviews
Followed by another listing URL and asked me to send a combined payment link with his acceptance to pay it. One more time he requested to start them immediately. I cross confirmed the order details and provided an updated payment link
His last message to me was to re-confirm all 3 listings
After that, I have been giving him multiple reminders for the payment to which he never replied.
I am ready to provide any additional information to the mods along with report sheet to cross check my claim.
