[FREE] Facebook Lead Generation Information

I have a followup question for you. When did you supposedly "try cloaking"? You ran BH ads, had no idea they were not allowed (by your own admission in an earlier thread), then you got banned, and you've been unable to run ads since then. So when exactly did you cloak? Why would you "try cloaking" if you thought your BH ads were allowed?

I used cloaking services when I was running ads for selling instagram followers views, etc. If you knew how to read, you would of seen that I stated I was noticed by New York Times, and they banned my URL from Google Ads. So I had to create dummy site, and use it WHICH WAS WHEN I TRIED CLOAKING. How about you stop trying to nit pick everyones post, and just try to grow and become bigger. You're a virus to this site.

Yup, 75%. Important to note though is that we're not targeting people who already have a fulfilling job and making good money - but instead people who graduated recently or stuck with a job they don't really like. It's totally different than hiring programmers or people with a specialized skill, hence the high conversion rate and low cost.

Did You use to promote Your job offer in Facebook Jobs or Marketplace section or just ran normal lead generation ads?

How much have you spent?

Roughly $45k for the major campaigns and another 10-15k for smaller ones.

ROI of about 1800%.

Are you stating that you use a different method? Or are these numbers gathered with the method I used in this thread?

Lead generation works, there's no question about it. My original post in this thread, however, was that yours are way, way, way too basic. It's set up to lose money, quick.

You're doing next to zero interest targeting, device, wifi, or time schedule. Zero exclusions (which are a MAJOR thing). Your ad copy contains flagged keywords (free, win). Your ad copy contains a date - meaning you can't reuse the social proof (likes, comments, shares) for future posts, which is just stupid.

The ad copy, in general, is poor, and campaign is just too basic to match your claims ("I 100% guarantee you if you shut up and try this, it will work for you", "BUT, I promise you after you do this, you are going to want to spend way more than that").

Sorry if I sound harsh, I just don't want inexperienced people losing money.

Ok, now that you are pointing out some things that you seem are negative, let's discuss the positive. (Since I was the one who spent $25,000 on Lead Generation, I should be able to stand up for what the results were).

Here is what happened. EXACTLY.

I was a freelancer. I ran ads on FB and Google when I was trying to advertise my Agency... I had a Real Estate broker, hire me to generate him Real Estate leads. I decided to use FB and the orginial post i created was the EXACT method I used.

I take it personal, that you are commenting on here doubting the efficiency of this method, BEFORE you have any clue on what the results were. I respect your opinion, but I don't respect how you just try to point out things that you would of done differently. It is very interesting as a matter of fact. Usually, if you are experienced, before you make a judgement on ANY method, you should always ask about the return. (Which you have no clue how well these performed). Prior to knowing, you are automatically making a judgement on how well you think this method converted. (Again, something you don't know).

In conclusion, you need to realize that I was spending SOMEONE elses $25,000. You really think they would allow me to spend money than $1,000 before they allow me to continue? After the first $1,000 I spent, they were begging me to spend more. The results were amazing and after spending $25k, they thanked me so much for helping them and ended up paying me a residual amount. They no longer needed me because they had too many leads to contact.

Before you write things out that you THINK might improve, you should always make sure you confirm the results.

Thanks for providing this information. I will apply it in future.

@SMMnet thanks for this strategy. I guess it's gonna work. I don't care someone that has fucked you but you really shared something that is relevant that I have not tried before.

The interest options you are targeting are all USA based like Trulia and Zillow, but I am living in Thailand, any suggestions?
And based on my experience, real estate buyers are quite broad, not necessary those who like Trulia website will have interest to buy a property. A man that love to eat McDonalds can be your next property buyer.

Anyhow, I really appreciate your idea. Gonna try it soon with different interest.

so are you Carlton Bynum II? "The ad genius".

its pretty basic stuff really. just have a freebie competition

@SMMnet I think you could take @yakuzaemme ideas as a positive and add them into your campaign.
Can you look at your data or leads and insert interest targeting, device, time. Add exclusions. Use more ad copies. There is always room for more testing and improvements.

A lot to learn from this thread different views, also about people going crazy using bad manners.
Behave guys, the year is just starting.

I really just made an account as I was just skimming here on BHW.
But the job recruitment niche from Yakuza is a goldmine.

Hard to find recruitment agencies to work with though that's just me.

No need to fight guys though.
One thing I can add to you guys to yakuza though and whoever uses fb ads ( this might be basic to some but it can definitely help to lower the cost for lead generation ads and get your more quality leads )

Run a engagement campaign that's related to your niche. ( usually engagement campaigns for me are really cheap to be awareness in which can get more hundreds to thousands of audience that are interested in what I'm going to offer ) 50-100$ is enough -> Collect thousands of audience ( or if you have a scraper for Page ID's or group ID's on facebook much better -> run a custom audience for your lead gen to get an extremely targeted lead in your niche ( for a lower cost ) -> once exhausted then make a lookalike audience.

Just remember to deepen your interest targeting with every retargeting campaign u set up.

Retargeting is the key in facebook to lower the cost and to scale up niches :)

Just my 2cents though.

Sorry if I offended you. I just have a hard time seeing this as a method even, as in short, it is:

People who live in X
Age X-Y
Interests: Trulia, Zillow, Homes
Exclude: Real estate agents, page likers
Placements: Feed

The ad copy/lead form is poor (in my opinion), with flagged keywords.

What is the "method" in this? How is this not the most basic setup you can do?

If you've made a positive ROI with these exact settings in 2018 - kudos. My personal opinion though is if you've spent $25k and made good returns on it, you should have a lot more data to present and share that will be a lot more valuable than basic ad setup.

Won't hijack your thread any further. Happy new years!

@yakuzaemme Hey man.
Got some questions for you though in regards to job boards.

Been doing the same aswell in which my strategy is above mentioned.

Main problem is finding networks that have job offers or better yet agencies to work with?
Where do you find such agencies ( linkedin ) ? and what do you offer to strike a contract / deal ?

Thanks for providing this information. I will apply it in future.

No problem at all! I hope it can help you in the future with a Lead Generation ad. If you have no idea, this method is great for gathering information and building an email list for a low cost. Also, you can get some leads on the way!

Best of luck to you!

Thank you for that!

If you are living in Thailand, there should be websites or other resources that you could use. USA, the ones I mentioned were popular for my Country. Find resources that are popular for your niche, and then target them.

Yes, this is not to pinpoint EXACTLY who your audience is. This method is best for starting off somewhere and using this data to better further optimize for future promotions.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks again.

That's me. What is basic to you, may not be basic to others. Do you have anything further you could add to this thread to maybe make it more valuable?

@SMMnet I think you could take @yakuzaemme ideas as a positive and add them into your campaign.

Yes, but you can't improve anything if you don't have data. This strategy is best for gathering data to further optimize future campaigns. Don't have a email list or any leads? Use this strategy and you will get good results for a low cost.

A lot to learn from this thread different views, also about people going crazy using bad manners.
Behave guys, the year is just starting.

Thank you for this. I really doo appreciate the positive comments. Some people don't understand that just because I posted a valuable thread, they completely miss the purpose of it, which is to help people start off with leads and/or build an email list. Not make you rich... BUT, what you do with this data afterwards can determine how you get rich.

I agree with you!

Thank you. I appreciate the positivity.

So many emotions about FB ads...

There are a lot. Sadly, FB has had a bad rep for advertising with some niches. Have you had experience with FB ads?

I really just made an account as I was just skimming here on BHW.

Just my 2cents though.

I appreciate the valuable data you are writing on my thread. It really helps others who are looking out for the same stuff. There are so many ways to approach a promotion. This way, was just a basic way to get a low cost per lead. Help build an email list, and you can further narrow your audience down the road.

Again, I appreciate your feedback and tips. Hopefully it helps someone else!

How long have you been doing FB Lead Generation Ads?
