Is it only me who doesn't get any reply from Luka for some good time now over Skype??? I just want to make sure that he is not blocking me or something is wrong? I feel the level of customer support is getting worse. He is not answering me from mid of November

I ordered mine today, looking forward to drop review soon.
After more than 3 months I believe I'm well qualified to leave an honest review:
I ordered the highest possible package (Platinum + 30 PBN + 5 PBN bonus) on 9th August and the order including the PBN was delivered on 5th of September but it had some problems and they happily fixed them and the final delivery of everything was on 17th October.
I gave it enough time but most of the links aren't indexing in Google Search Console. Based on the final report, their should be around 500 UNIQUE domains + 35 PBN (35 unique domains) so around a total of 535 unique. Should actually be more but anyway.
Out of all those unique domains, a grand total of 79 domains are indexed in GSC! Most if not all of the PBN are indexed, most other links of the platinum are not. So, indexation rate is around 79/535 * 100 = 15%.
The total links indexed (NOT unique domains) in GSC is 531 BUT those are from 79 domains as I said above. The high count is just due to duplicate URLs like tag and category pages in wordpress blogs or moving pages like blog comment archives. So for example I have one link in the report counted as 115 links due to this while it's just 1 backlink!
So all in all, out of the expected 535+ backlinks, only 79 are counted by google so a very poor indexation and I asked before ordering because it's important to me and they promised high indexation. In my dictionary, 15% is not high at all!
Regarding ranking, not even any of the keywords appeared in the top 100 but I'm ok with that as my aim for the campaign was to build authority for the domain rather than actually ranking but it was a surprise for me that I won't make it even to top 100.
Regarding communication, I'm not able to reach Luka by Skype for over a month now. I was talking to him for over a year so it's very strange now that he is not replying to my messages and most if not all the time on "Do not disturb". I said that multiple times on this thread and he said maybe I have the wrong Skype. LOL I don't think so when I have been talking to you for over a year! From September 2017 exactly!
So I'm not really satisfied with this campaign especially at this high price and without proper indexing the service is unfortunately would be useless.
Here is a screenshot for the current domain in Google Console:

Long time user / vendor here. I'm interested in the sustainability of links / ratio: of live:dead links after 1, 2 months and general process. Does it differ per niche site? Any stats on penalty rates etc?
Interested in moving forward though have a sensitive domain that would need to be shielded in case things don't pan out.

1.8.2018 i order Platinum with 10 HQ PBN Posts for aged site (14 years old) with AURARANK TEAM (MOZ) site score of 94 for ordered keyword.
17.9 i get report for completition of campaign. Reports are ok, but few links are broken. After I said this to AuraRank team they replace broken links but in a week or two this backlinks are also deleted.
After no results, 29.10.2018 i get free 10 PBN LINKS from AuraRank, but still no result.
So 3 months after order is done, for site with page score 94 i get one big 0 results and with very big number of DEAD or BROKEN links http://prntscr.com/m1uesk
So the team is ok, but results for this service (PLATINUM+10PBN+10PBN) are terrible.

And yes, I got a large number of unique domains. Don't know how many are dead by now but it seems most are from spammy domains that's why Google ignores them.
I will check the PM but the "exact" indexation rate is actually what I got as I showed you right from inside Google Search Console anyway.
Regarding Skype, why don't you just post the correct one here anyway? Very strange. It's not just for me, for others as well!

Most certainly?? I paid for it and of course I am eligible to get them. TAT has been more than exceeded and I am tempted to report this service as false advertising. I don't see why I have to beg to get everything I paid for. How does other customers feel about this behavior? Are you all really ok with that?

I think everyone on BHW knows we don't false advertise...I have been doing this way too long to mislead anyone.
There was a major FB update during those weeks, along with some other internal changes, and I can fully agree with your impatience - again, it is my sincere apology, and they will be delivered to you once completed. Should just be a few more days - I have submitted another support ticket to my team regarding this (see attached).
