Dude if you need someone to give you steps on how to start anything you just gonna get bored and quit. Do your own research and learn, it's not as easy as it sounds to start a pornsite or anything in fact. It takes commitment, dedication and a plan with a goal neither of which you posses.

Hostgator and "Site Speed" don't go together, they are probably the worst for WordPress... do you know or have recommendation for a different decent hosting?

If you want decent speed on any site, don't use WordPress. You need a bespoke solution that focusses on loading resources asap and getting content to the user.

I wish people would stop asking spoonfed questions in this thread. OP is correct, anyone can perform the "8 steps to porn". But the ones that make money are the ones that have the secret sauce that the others don't. Maybe it's killer KW targetting, SEO in someway or even their promotion tactics, all the sites that you see that have good income will have their own twist.

With that said, there isn't a lot of point in following the eight steps unless you're willing to put in the hard yards to get your twist functioning properly.

i take backup and close the site for now
