If you are looking for a new side hustle for 2019, try building a porn site like PornHub. You can do this in a few easy steps and very little money. Listed are the steps you need to take.

1) Choose a Niche
2) Select a domain that is keyword related to your niche for instance preggomilf.com etc
3) Get Hosting- most hosting companies will not host a porn site so do your research and find a hosting company. I use Hostgator who works with most porn websites.
4) Install Wordpress through Hostgator control panel.
5) Install a tube theme such as TubeAce who offers a free theme
6) Install a video import plug in such as TubeAce or WP script
7) Monetize your website with affiliate marketing offers and paid ads through an ad network like Juicyads
8) Promote your website and seo optimization for organic reach

These are the 8 steps it takes to get a porn website up and running. It takes me about an hour to get a fully funtioning website up and running. It will take some time to get traffic, probably about six to nine months. You should start seeing profits nine months to a year.

Are you getting your traffic from organic keywords? I thought that Google is very strict with porn keywords. They banned almost all major porn sites, iirc.

"TubeAce" sounds to me like a streaming site. Is it also possible to add a download button so users can download the original files? And it would also need some external storage / CDN to handle high traffic

This is true they are very strict but you will still get organic traffic with keywords.

Its a plugin that will import directly from PornHub, Redtube etc. This set up does not require hosting your own videos.

I worked with TrafficJunkey before and PopAds for redirects. FYI, you might see traffic go down with pop ups.
