I added him on Skype and he later sent me a screenshot stating that he has granted me a refund. It took him like 15 minutes to send me the screenshot, which I suspected was a fake screenshot and was edited because I never received any email notification from Paypal.

To OP: Look, I'm fine if you needed more time. But you not responding to my PMs several times and sending me a fake Paypal screenshot, is a big no-no.

*I'm escalating this to shitlist once I get back home.
