After a while your debt will be sold on and you will receive emails once in a while from a collections agency, for $100 they will probably not show up at your house.

If you did not use real details just forget it, its too small for anyone to bother with it, if you used your real details, pay your debt now, your credit history is not worth ruining for such a small amount.

I don't see how not paying your bill after you have used a service is BlackHat in any way

They will pause/block your adwords campaign and send several e-mails about the debt. After that, they will block your card/name/information associate with your account. I don't think they will constrain you in a worst way to pay that amount of money.
