they fuc**d my google adsnese account with more than 80k dollars in it , so yeaa i spent 500$ on adword and i didn't pay !

Yea this is a BH forum but is not paying his bills BH or just a scam. I think this is a scam.
Buying back links to boost your rankings or buying Insta followers is BH but when it comes to paying for the stuff then it's a must to pay when u bought something!

few years back, i had $300 bill due but i had a tough time then. I did not have any option but not to pay. They sent couple of mails every month for 2-3 months and then they stopped. They just cancelled my account, that's it.

I once advertised a Blackhat website which not allowed on AdSense, after about $50 they blocked my ADs, and I didn't pay it. They just blocked the Gmail account I used, I didn't care either, because it was a fake one I used, just to try out and see if I can generate money from the specific blackhat website.
A year after, nothing happened. So only pay if you care about your Gmail account all associated accounts with the same details.

Back in 2000, I owed $2000 to a credit card. I ignored it. These bastards were so clever, they found the phone number to one of my neighbors who came to my house saying that they were trying to contact me. Eventually, I answered the telephone and it was from the collector. This idiot wanted to get a 3-way call to someone who could pay off the debt. I laughed and hung up. About a month later, there was a notice on my door about having to go to court. Since I was earning decent money at the time, I arranged to pay $500 per month until the debt was paid. On my last check payment, I purposely left out a penny. I actually got a bill in the mail for the remaining penny, stating my account was in arrears.

ofcourse vcc will works if the vcc valid for google services, maybe your vcc comes from a a vcc reseller and the reseller don't know everything about their vcc
