If you use your Facebook Ads Manager, you can create ads and get the likes for a low cost still. You can target certain countries who's cost per engagement is VERY low, and not only is that better quality, but you can also target them for certain interests.
Facebook ads are easy if you do them correctly, if you need any help let me know!

I know ads but for this I can't use ads to get likes, i need likes first. I see that you are a provider of smm and also dont have fb post likes and comment likes. Do you have any info when it come back to services?
I am trying to help you by telling you how you can get the likes first.
Once you create an Ad in Facebook Ads manager, you can get the likes first. Don't use a panel for it if you don't want to. It is easy enough to do it yourself and you are not paying someone else. If oyu need help with it, let me know!

I need likes first to promote product, understand? run ad but with a like package to increase cvr, if i run product ad with 0 likes it is not as good as i run it with 2-3k likes and comments
Not exactly true.... I have been in the Facebook Ads game long enough to know how numbers fluncuate impressions actions. If you are targeting the correct people, and showing your ad to the correct person, then it does not matter how many likes you have. Just because numbers are high, does not mean it will force the user to act. It helps sometimes, yes. But, it is not needed to have a successful ad.
What niche is this for? Also, does the page you are creating the post on already have an audience? Do you have a funnel with a Facebook pixel installed to collect user data? Do you have a email list?
All these questions are crucial to creating a successful ad.
