How to get backlink from these websites?

What kind of websites are these http://sok-kosovo. org/ and http://vanjey-design. com/ how to get backlink from these websites? I sent email to many similar websites but after a few minutes google sent me email that they did not found this email. But the thing is that there are many competitors in my niche got 100-200 backlinks from each website and there are at least 20+ similar websites out there. Any idea guys?

I think you're sending mails to wrong mail addresses that's why your mails are showing not delivered. You need to search correct mails of these site's admins by checking their contact us page, or you can find some info on their social media pages. There's also a way to get backlinks by engaging with these site's admins on social media (if they are available there). They'll surely help you in providing further steps if you reach to them genuinely. Talking about these sites they are looking almost similar so applied for both.

For some general advise- I'll not recommend to post on such sites which are having similar layout, content, IP locations. However, multiple sites on same IP is not a problem, but similar content is. The webmaster described these sites as having very similar content and site structure. And if many of like these are found then Google may end up doing one of two things in these cases:

• One: Google may decide to display content from just one site out of the collection of “doorway” sites.
• Two: If Google regards a collection of similar content sites as being “doorways” then it might demote all of them.

So there's a major chance of getting demoted of these sites and by these sites. According to me that's a bad idea to get links on such sites.

Quality over quantity. Dont jump in for the number. Exactly what @Kaapo Jed said. Whats the point of getting tons of links from sites that is likely to get penalized in a couple of months, may be sooner.

If you can't find their e-mail on the contact page or if the e-mail isn't working.
The e-mail address is securely decrypted on the WhoIs page as well, if I'm not wrong.
Or a public online service like that.

I don't think Google will penalized someone for links from these sites and also quantity is still helps. I prepefer 1000 links from these sites instead of 1 link from forbes.

vanjey-design/ and sok-kosovo for these site they did mention their email address, you may reach them directly through your business email. If in case they aren't responding, they may be charging something or else they are PBNs.

If you want to maintain your website's link profile then you must get these links too but as you mentioned these sites are paid and you'll pay for like 1000 of links to get demoted in future. I'll say if you have money and want to invest in links then you must invest in the other option you said. Get few links from sites which will give you both TRAFFIC AND POSSIBILITIES OF RANKINGS.

I already spent at least $1000+ only for links from authority websites and didn't see any serious improvements so i think quantity is still important in link building. Ofc if you have 100 quality relevant links are better than 1000 non quality links. But I prefer 50 links from medium authority sites instead of 1 link from forbes or entrepreneur etc. I already have some backlinks from high authority links but i don't feel big difference or any at all. Also i see my comptetitors have 90% links from non authority websites and only 10% are from high authority websites.
