I tested this Idea yesterday

I created a Blog (on web 2.0) with a niche which have high searches. (something related to adult content). The content I used was copied from another website.

These searches are from google right? If so and you are not cloaking I really think you will face problems in near future.

2. 95% are from India which doesn`t value almost anything.

Better buy pop-ups or interstitial then this; complete waste of time.

If you can target tier1 countries, then yes; worth 2 USD. They are porn aimed, isn`t?

Its seems you have never promoted mobile app offers with Indian traffic.

Clicks costs like 0.01 while the cpa payout is 0.1 to 0.6. Also, Indian people download almost anything so a very high cv rate.
