I mean, what can be better than the service that give a chance to a buyer you don't even have a clue who he is to ask for refund after almost 4 months? I expected "order not received", but now is unauthorized transactions, that's a new level!
OK, it's 100 bucks now, got lucky(??). I already lost probably.

unauthorized transaction is in 99% chargeback

Bitcoin is Jesus PayPal is Satan.

Depends who you ask, buyer or the seller :D
The worst thing is i can't really prove that order is delivered and i don't even remember what i sold back then lol, it was August. I mean i already had similar cases for smaller and larger amounts, but asking for a refund after 4 months, never. That bullshit need to stop.

4 months? Buyer have 180 days (6 months). In some cases PayPal even ignore this and you can ask for refund after 2 years :D

Do anyone knows what happens when you leave paypal with negative balance? Because of cases like these ones i very often move funds from pp and i did that few days ago, i had like few $ left. If they give it to the buyer, they are losing $$$ and im not going to fund that for sure.

Depends your country. I Europe debt collector agency will start asking, mailing you. In USA there is bigger chance they will just collect debt, in Europe you can say paypal "fck off". They will not go to court with small sum but if they, you can win in 5 minutes ;)

Eastern Europe, but not in EU lol, i just love second world countries, perfectly balanced.
Can they by any chance take money from my bank cards connected to pp?

Guys, just do a google search for: gaypal and you will get the answer.

This is probably possible only in USA but for sure, disconnect cards.

PayPal is fine, really, at least for me. I am seller rather than buyer. I rarely buy through PayPal. I have had chargebacks happen 6 months after the payment, mostly losing them. That's the cost of doing business. Sometimes you lose for certain assholes.

I have been on the dark side of PayPal too. I have had negative $1K in balance. I disconnected my card (through my banking website, I just blocked PayPal so bank never sends money to PayPal). I had been put on debt collection agency's wrath. They would send me letter saying that I need to pay back or else they will have to come and take my stuff. The thing it, they have no power to come and take my stuff ... they were chasing the wind.

Eventually I got back up, paid my debts (straight to PayPal, they removed me from the debt collector agency's list, I didn't have to call them or anything). I'm still fine. Perhaps, the fact that I have business account helps? Or that I had taken 3 capital advances or something ... I really haven't been fucked by PayPal so far.

PayPal is good if you are selling micro products with <$50 price ;) When someone comes to you after 100+ days and want refund for few k it's nothing kind ;)

Then block card in bank, make new ;)
Always use bank's vcc for online transactions

I will just turn off internet transactions until i see what will they decide. Im not really ambitious to spend time on them for $100 but still im really
tough when its about my money and i won't forgive them a dollar if it's taken from me just like that.
I guess they will spam my email to fill up the balance or something and i don't really believe they have rights to take money from my cc but if they do try, well it's my move then :anyway:
