Yes we know that, but youtube/google can change their terms in a heartbeat so it is better to turn it off as an extra precaution.

For now it will keep it like that as we've increased our limits, the thing is even if we increased the limit there's a lot of demands for it. Our 3-3.5M views limit in 12 hrs are taken within 1 min

Yes they deliver instantly but not within 2hrs coz youtube updates the views for sometime like 12-24hrs, also pending time takes 12-46 due to we only have very limited views on the medium retention views.
