How many followers do you have, and how much do you charge? I am wondering on profit

Quality 'shoutouts' can cost $150 per 100 likes
That's just not true.

It really depends on the niche though and the demographics of your followers. For instance, an account I have that has mainly tier 1 followers can charge more on shoutouts than an account that has nearly twice it's followers because those are random countries. Though it is true that most people don't understand that and just base it off of followers and engagement.

Would like to have the answer on this also, very interesting.

rename your page to "charity-outs"

I'm doing the math based on a 1M page in my niche. It might sound like charity but ur average Joe isn't going to pay $150 to sell hisT shirts when other pages are charging $40-$60

it depends also on followers gender , women are more expensive than men, so if u are selling a lipstick, normally that would be more expensive than a fucking beer or a football, always target women, especially middle aged.

no, u should decide the price of your shoutout based on your seller and what he is trying to sell, don't just say any price, if u think that the seller will make profits then charge him more, if u think that no body would give a damn about his product or his page than lower the price!

I get how I should charge but I know most the bigger pages in my niche and if I say $100 someone else will say $75 and so on til it's close to free. Don't get me wrong I've made hundreds/thousands but on average it isn't $150. I've turned down promo/shout outs

You’re right!
Not 100, but 1000

As other stated it depends on quality of the page and the visitors. Some page is constantly spamming and no one really cares about their posts.

I don't spam my pages, If anything I try and make new content but ppl like to see the same memes every one else posts.

Since every niche is specific as well as everyone's IG account, I doubt its ok to say 'charge $1 per like' x number of avg likes u get....

Simply investigate how much your competition charges, since you're on a same boat, (act as buyer, unless they publish prices publicly.) - and offer something more competitive :)

I charge $50 / shoutout.

About 25,000 followers with an average of 800 likes per post. Could probably charge more -- most people accept the $50 fee.

In what niche? Actually sounds a bit high.

Not doing shoutouts at all - just fucks the account and engagement for Pennies. Would suggest checking for other ways to monetize your reach (e.g. drop shipping)

What is the best place to sell shoutouts?

How many shoutouts do you sell per month?

41k followers, ultra local, used to charge about $1000 per post.
Just it was ultra targeted demographic with measurable return on investment, not just the usual crap you see sold online.

Is it worth for me to monetizing my account? Was maybe thinking about shoutouts.
