Should I approve the comments in Nosense letters with a link?

Hi there.
After 3 months working, here comes sort of visitors in my blog. But most of them are robotlike, just leaving nonsense comments with a link.
Should I approve these comments or leave them alone?
Are there any pros or cons while these links appear on my blog?

Why not get rid of them or edit them to be non-nonsense?

Might take some manual work though. If you're running WP and don't want spam, just get Akismet.

If you want real looking comments, there are alternatives.

If you approve them, a juice from your site will be transfered to their site. And in addition to that, you are risking your domain to get flagged as spam (search engine eyes).

Either manually edit them as doepjohn said, or don't approve them at all.

Delete all those comments with link cos they are not in any way helping your blog. Rather they are harming it by diluting the power of your domain authority if you allow them. I normally delete them without thinking twice. So you should.
