Currently following 340 accounts. Looking to grow this account but safely. How many follows should I do per day, should I also throw in some likes? If so how many?

If you have 355k followers already I think you can achieve your goals by posting quality content and getting people to tag their friends. Follow/unfollow is not really going to help much with 355k followers already. Spend the time putting out quality/viral stuff

Have not started monetizing yet, I have bellow than average interaction, it's a quotes account

Hmm. So why do you plan make the follow base bigger without testing it for Monetizing ? I think you should had started testing water when you passed 100k - 200k marks. Because if the conversion rate is bad now it won't make sure difference once you double to follow count. Just saying from my past experience )

Monetizing thru youtube, currently setting up my youtube account and stuff. So it's not really a matter of conversion but views

There's no perfect number you'll have to guess and check. Because you have many followers without follow/unfollow you will be able to do much more, but you are smart to play it safe.

because of the size of your account you may be able to do up to 1,000 a day but this would obviously be risky. I used to float around the 100 - 500 mark.

The good thing is that you have a lot of followers so it's likely that you will have a high follow back rate. The important thing is to make sure you follow the correct people.

Motivational niche, I think 100-500 is safe, will test on smaller accounts and see. Thanks for your input.

Collaborate with other pages to gain more reach and more followers as a result out of it.

I'd say no more than 50/day. Test on an account you're willing to throw away before you continue on. Best of luck.
