Contract Template/Sample for Instagram Account Management

Does anyone who manages Instagram accounts for clients have an example of a contract they have the client sign when onboarding them?

Looking to get a rough idea of what the contract should include and general layout. Also want to make sure that I am protected if an account were to get shutdown.

To be safe you shold in get touch with your lawyer and let him setup a contract. That's how I did in the past.

how much should I expect to pay for that kind of service?

I don't know the rates in Canada. But a few hours (in my case 4) * the hourly wage of your lawyer.

there are templates online for this, just search for influencer contract template / social media marketing contract and edit for your needs. there are also online law firms that will write contracts for you at a much cheaper rate (and faster) than a local law firm. alternatively, you can use the templates you find online, edit for your needs, then have an online law firm review it for you to make sure you're protected in the ways you want to be.
