Using VPN to access blackhatworld

Hey ,

i read somewhere if you used VPN the account will get banned i have no idea why i can't use from my own ip , the website is not opening that's why i sign up from vpn .

You will be banned only if you don't follow the rules. VPN does not a matter at all.

i understand is there anything else i have do ? i mean i have to contact admin or moderator , to inform them i am using vpn and don't ban me by finding many ip in login activity ???

No you do not have to but should you promote your service which has terrible reviews you will have issues.

I Understand sir , but some of my clients give some good reviews on one of thread but someone remove all reviews from the thread can i know why ?
