I would honestly go with Google domains. Its $12 but you get free privacy protection which usually costs more with other registars.

Also the rate never gets raised like with Godaddy. Sure, your domain is .99 cents for one year, but then its $15 + more for privacy protection

godaddy is best and on recurring they charge normal price as compare to others who increase price on recurring

If you are not going to renew or willing to transfer the domain then have look at 1and1, you can get them for $1 for the fist year.
