I'm thinking about building another review Blog. I want to create unique content too but they did a really good job in english language. It's much easier for me to just rewrite it. Does Google see it as duplicate content. Thanks.

From the technical side, Google would have to translate every article into every major language, and spin all those language variations. Doing this would multiply their storage and processing cost per article/site by several orders of magnitude, and even then it would only catch the relatively few who use Google Translate rather than using any other service or doing it by hand.

Form the practical side, there are are a number of organizations that intentionally produce nearly identical content in multiple languages, often on localized domains, so these would result in a huge number of false positives.

On paper, it is possible, but in practice it would be an immense effort with a relatively trivial reward.

Your question is not clear but if you talk about Google Adsense then I will cut the chase for you: Google sees it as "SCRAPED CONTENT" period.
No I'm not gonna use Google Adsense But other affiliate networks. Can I just rewrite it? Of course I use my own words not just copy paste. Can I rank a website like that?

I've been there, so I know what is like this process and I didn't translate with Google translator yet Adsense still sees it as scraped content, but if you want to do it with other affiliate networks i will say GO FOR IT and even without rewrite, it's Ok to just copy ===> translate ====> paste, MAKE SURE it's VERY READABLE! at the end that's what I'm doing, all others Networks sees translating articles as UNIQUE except Adsense and yeah you can rank a website like this as i got some of my articles in the second page on SERP, just do proper on-page SEO, and Off-page SEO as well, and yeah hope it clarifies things for you!

That's possible if someone else gets the idea to translate the same content, or there's a manual review due to a copyright complaint, but personally I've never had any issue with adsense on sites with mostly translated articles.

It doesn't. Google even counts content spinned from other articles as unique.

Human translated articles are not duplicate content. It's legit content and totally honest and accepted by them for marketing purposes.

no one translates it I always check it with Copyscape and it passes everytime, but no one translates the article but me, so i think as you said a manual review that caught me as I tried to Apply for Adsense with the translated articles. but Media.net is cool with it as i got accepted with them!

While translating the content, rewrite it yourself xD
