BHW is blocking my conversations?

So I was talking with some people, but because I feel like I made angry the admin by asking a question there, I can't respond to my conversations.

Is this normal there?

I'm sorry to all the people that are probably writing to me or awaiting me to write them because I'm not able to do that.

No, that's not the deal. All the people contacted me but I'm not able to respond to them anymore and also after some time the conversations always delete.

I read the rules, I wrote there even the number of projects I'm going to make - 3 (as I was suggested) and that I'm going to choose the project that I like - I didn't see anywhere in the rules that this is not possible.

Giveaways should be on a first come first served basis. In other words, you can't choose "the projects you like". Whoever comes first gets the deal.

Listen up people, apparently a lot of you aren't reading the rules so I am going to make this more clear for you.

It is against the rules to post freebies threads that are contests or sweepstakes or to ask for anything in return.

What does that mean?

• No picking people at random - it should be first come first serve.
• No picking people based on what they post.
• No quid pro quo - you cannot ask for something in return like reviews, thanks, or anything else.

I didn't completely ignore him, I changed the thread as I was told (I'm sure you can see it somewhere) so it wasn't disrespectful or something. But as I say, I wasn't given any other thread where to write my offer that wasn't any kind of scam, bad thing or anything that wouldn't be a win-win situation for both sides.

He closed the thread. People sent me PMs asking me if I could create the website for them. After three people I answered the conversations disappeared. That was the first three people. When the other people contacted me, they were the first because after everytime someone contacted me the conversation disappeared. And I wasn't able to hit up the first three people as I was supposed because it blocked any interactions with them.
