Summary
For the review, @Daniel-MD gave me access to a Universe level account.

Service Highlights
  • The seller provides a guide with the login details. This goes through the UX, which is nicely designed and easy to use, once explained.
  • Good clear categories and filters for refining your search.
  • Useful features, like tagging the status of each site within a project (Initial Contact, Writing Article, Submitted, Published, Rejected) and the ability to combine keyword search with categories and filters.
  • The perks are laid out well and cover a few useful areas, with some decent discounts.
  • Managing the Team within Outreach.Buzz seems simple and it's easy to control who can see each project.
What Could Use Improvement
  • The links through to each website are a little inconsistent. Obviously it depends what pages are available on each website, but as this thread states that there are direct links to the contact page of every site, it's worth highlighting that sometimes that isn't the case - some take you to the home page or other available pages.
  • When copying contact emails to clipboard, it would be neat if there were some way it could be maximised to store multiple emails and create a clipboard within the dashboard.

Regarding the inconsistency of pages of interest that's right..some sites have all useful links like About us, Write for Us, Advertising, Contact while others have only About us and Write for us etc.

Regarding the multiple "copy to clipboard" feature. That's a great idea and we will implement it in a new release.

But we, as company, are against offering money for getting published, as paid links sooner or latter may get you penalized..

Looks pretty interesting. Does your dashboard include traffic figures for the sites? Also, is it our job to contact the site owner and negotiate a price or does the platform handle that automatically?

Hello David,

1) Regarding traffic figures, right now we use Alexa traffic rank. You can sort and filter websites by Alexa rank, also. In the coming months, we plan to add Organic Traffic Estimation by Ahrefs or SemRush. Any feedback on which one is appreciated.

2) We believe in manual outreach. Connecting with the blogger, commenting on his website, follow on social media etc. That's what helps our agency getting nice recurring backlinks from quality websites and building long-lasting relationships. Later on, we may add some sort of automatic outreach but at the moment is user's job to get in touch with the blogger and negotiate the deal. Our websites are manually verified so the response rate is way better.

Some of the bloggers ask for payment for posting while most of them do not if you approach them right, offer quality content and help them with promotion (social media shares, content etc)
