How to post photos via Desktop?

I have tried and failed posting photos(says photo published, but it does not) on my IG account using:

Google Chrome Extention
Hootsuite (Only business account, my account is personal)
Some browser based services

Is there a way to post photos via computer? I am using Windows 10.

Any help will be highly appreciated and thanked

press f 12 then f 5 no need to extensions ,use chrome developer mode on instagram it will become like using it on smartphone screen

there is one app in windows app store. i used it a long ago dont remember the name. but you can search instagram in app store and try two three. i found that only app that let you post directly from PC.

OK, but as it's working for me, and has been for years it's hardly a loss lol! We'll leave it there then

I am also careful not to use some lesser known browser based services, for my account to get hacked!

Here is my solution: Download Bluestacks and install it. Then install Instagram App on it. And login your account upload as much picture you want.

I normally fire up developer tools ( right click on website --> "inspect") then toggle device toolbar. Then you are allowed to upload photos to instagram from desktop.
