I use this one day a year to buy all my little girls Christmas and birthday presents. I find she gets a lot more for a lot less. Mind you my wife's a hard core shopper so any deals we get are usually really good. some things are not on sale but look on sale like @blogzandstuff said but if you know your pricing or get super sales it's not bad. Just don't buy crap for the sake of buying crap that's how you save.

I will definitely go for some technical equipment (lenses, tripods and mic) for my DSLR camera. Another thing I've been doing for the past 3 years is buying some food supplements, such as whey protein, creatine, vitamins & peanut butter. In addition to that, I will probably go local and check what the malls are offering.
