Should be fine now. That's correct. This service will not work for local SEO. Also, You can't approve the posts before they go live as it will delay the process. Of course, if you have high quality controls, you can provide content for the guest post yourself

What is this man, 1st without any prior notice you cancelled my subscription.
Then I was said to receive the report by 14th ( #83293A8A ) -- where is my report.
I have been requesting for the reply on spp.io order page but you guys are just not replying.
I did a super mistake, I paid you via 2checkout.
Now send me my report within 36 working hours.. that will make 7 extra days + 12 hours, else I am not going to listen to anything, I will need the refund.

To be honest, that's not OP's problem. Having said that, I took a look at the sites OP sent me. All of them had absolutely bs metrics (little to no traffic, weak authority). You can get better links doing the outreach yourself.
The avg cost/link comes out to be $16 (if you get 6 links) so the service is still pretty decent though.
