VPN with AdWords and VCC?

It's not a myth and even if it was it's better being than being sorry. You're not obliged to use a different VM each time as there are several tools that could help you spoofing the fingerprint and other informations your browser is currently sending to Paypal. You must have a separated cookie profile for each account and that's the easiest part, you can either use a browser extension or change your Windows user acount (assuming you're using Windows).

Ok, I do not care if they are known to PayPal. As long as I am good with AdWords then that is awesome.

So, if the fingerprinting thing is not a myth then it would be best to use an antidetect tool or different chrome profiles? I do have unlimited VPS's to use so if that is best then I can do that. Can also get residential proxies. What would you recommend? Thanks again for the advice.

Pardon, I meant Adwords not Paypal. Chrome profiles won't do the job and you're confusing things. The profile advice is about cookies management, even though I suggest using an extension to make things easier. For cookie profiles I suggest CookieSwap while for the fingerprint I'm using a custom tool there is no way I'm going to share. If you're looking to make your fingerprint *almost* undetectable you can use ScriptSafe, otherwise there are a few solutions (both free and paid) you can find to get a custom and static fingerprint.

Residential proxies would probably do the job as long as they're fresh and dedicated but I don't have experience with any provider on BHW. You don't even need to clear cookies if you use that browser only for a single Google/Adwords account, if you use more than one account then you should keep and separate cookie profiles.

Honestly it was nothing to do with the cookies, I am just sharing my experience I am using VPN if able to call out the name it was (VYPRVPN & NORDVPN) so far so good, haven't received any banned yet since I started within this week. Honestly already created around 60+ Adwords USA Account without any issue.

If using multiple accounts for me its fine cleaning all the cookies don't leave anything clean the browser from the default even the password saved.I even created 60+ accounts with cleaning cookies every account created, then change IP then move to the next account.

For over almost 6months using VPN, I haven't encountered yet get banned because of my IP. Last month US Adwords became strict but most the reason are the payment method and still not because of the VPN, More than a week now we can operate without any problem via VPN.

I'm not excluding any of that. There are certain VPNs that offer dedicate IP addresses (ex. 24vc) suitable for you. VPS's are fine as long as their IP range isn't blacklisted which is possible for Paypal, I don't know about Adwords. Residential proxies should be suitable, by "fresh" I mean an IP address issued only for you with no past use. Using any other solution will most likely get your account flagged, it doesn't mean that it will be closed but you are more likely going to be under a manual verification.
