Got 3 Trial Credits after 1 day, messaging 3 times on skype and BHW PM.

I wanted to test Gmail PV.
For US numbers, it takes 12 credits.
As per their website, 1 credit equals 0.15 USD. So, for US Gmail, they charge $1.80, which is very high.
I tried with UK number which takes 2 credits.
Got the verification number instantly on screen. Verified and Done.

They have an option for p a y t m payments for Indians which I asked for, but never got any reply.
( asked them via Skype 3 times and 1 time via BHW PM)

As a customer, I rate their customer support 1/10.
Wanted to add money, but never respond properly.
In my opinion, once you are into sales, customer satisfaction is of utmost priority which they don't have.

Service worked as described.
Thumbs down for customer support, i repeat, thumbs down.

Want to be your customer. Please respond at least within 1 hour.
You advertised "Round the clock customer support", which is wrong.
