Hey fellow bhw nation, its your boy lawz123 at it with a juicy youtube journey.

What I have with me is an old YouTube account i've been neglecting a bit. Its been earning only about $200 - 400/month for the past couple months.

I know I can atleast increase it to a stable $1000/month if I stop messing around.

What do I use?

• Premiere pro cc
• Photoshop
• vidIQ (helps me a lot with tags)

Updates will be random, but ateast once a week.

Good luck. I had a channel which got a few million views a month and it genuinely only generated less than $100/month. Super unlucky with where my viewers were coming from, I guess. You have a really nice CPM.

If I were in your position, I'd set a much higher goal for this journey.

What do you recommend to get a new youtube channel to take off?

Do you think an aged 7+ Youtube account provides any benefit? In regards to an increase in views + subscribers in the long/short run.

My CPM is around $8 I believe; I haven't really paid attention to it until I saw your comment. I appreciate it.

About aged youtube accounts..I don't think it really matters to be honest. If it does have any positive impact at all, its probably minimal. But hey, I could be wrong.

I've only ever gotten 2, but it was at the same time (I had to chill with the videos for 3 months before going ham again). I'm careful of what kinds of bits I use for my videos.

1. I currently have 137 videos uploaded.
2. I haven't used the unlisted method for quite awhile now. It could be that I was doing something wrong, but it didn't do much for me.

Which country that mostly your viewer coming from? Do you do any kind of advertisement for your videos?

1. Most of my viewers come from the US; then the UK and Canada.
2. I haven't ever done any advertisements. I do post on various social media sites and forums related to my niche.
