just to be clearified you are providing one proxy which will rotate every 150 sec?

why you are rotating proxy every 150 sec? does in real life LTE IP rotate evey 150 sec or just your are doing?

In a real life it depends on how ofter ISP switch u between cell towers.

Can we also create IG accounts with your proxy ? (I have existing accounts that I wan to run but I need to create new accounts as well.)

Also i strongly do not recommended to use newly created accs. U can do that, but only on your own risk.

Yes, u can run as much accs as u want, we do not limit it on our side.
For instagram recommended number of accounts per 1 proxy is - 10-15
