I have heard about Downloadgram. With it, you can paste the account's username on the textfield and you can scrape their videos and photos automatically. It's a really useful tool.

Works fine on my end, you must be missing some options. Most common is CSV delimiter.

I've used both Downloadgram and 4kstogram, Downloadgram is used most often for downloading individual posts. But 4kstogram for scraping bulk posts at once.
