Where / how do you buy HQ content writing?

I’m talking about native english speakers content, money site quality.

I see offers on BHW for ridiculous rates (1-4$ 100-500 words). Don’t know if it’s the real deal..

From my experience on upwork - native english speakers ask for 15-30$ / 500 words.

I’m not talking about spawn text, only unique high quality content with proof reading.

It's not.
Anyone promising to offer native quality for that rate (or anyone expecting to get such quality for a low price for that matter) is probably delusional.
As @MisterF always says; if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Your best bet is to test here and there, see what suits your preferences and budget.
PS: I'm referring to $1-2/500 words content. You can get pretty good quality for $1+/100 words.

I have clients paying me $50-75+ per 100 words for content from my writers, who are genuine 100% British / American born and bred, educated ( think here of degrees in journalism etc ) and some contribute to HY Times, Forbes etc too.

At the end of the day, you buy according to your budget same as with most services.
