It never was a competition, Seth clearly said that he will give away 5 licenses of Ubot Studio X and on top of that he will give 1 copy of the full version of Ubot Studio X.
A second prize was never mentioned, but to my humble understanding it's a nice action of goodwill to those who didn't win one of the 5 copies.

But, what I didn't understand is if a person who got a second prize discount, will still be able to win a copy from the remaining copies.

You don't really need to learn coding *before* UBot Studio. Many many people learn to code after, but it's meant to be so easy and clear that you don't need to be a programmer, and most customers aren't (though lots are who use UBot Studio to sub in for more complicated commands that they don't feel like programming in PHP or Python, etc).

UBot Studio isn't really perfect for games, though many use it for that. It's more important what you're responding to inside the game — If all you need to do is enter keystrokes or click that's fine, but UBot Studio really runs best in a browser—and responding to browser elements. You can do image recognition for the other things, but it depends a lot on what you're doing! Let me know in a PM and I can help you more.
