release the funds after the item was delivered and signed for and then +3 day after that, i know in the past those were the rules for quite sometime, but considering tomorrow is going to be the 3rd day i also wanted to know if the weekends counts as days for paypal and now considering that paypal and eBay are no longer in a relationship

Paypal obviously has the tracking numbers on there end from the eBay API and i also double checked, but i guess i just wanted to know if anything has changed? considering that both eBay and paypal have the tracking number and they can see the deivery, usually paypal would automatically just release the funds even on the 3rd after being held and the item was still NOT even sent out yet


But if anyone can shed some light as to how i will be able to get the money from being held and the the buyer already has the item, but of course stopped responded to my messages when he finally got the item, but previous to that he was messaging me 2-3 times a day up until the phone was out for delivery then all i heard was :crickets:

Anyone can also help me out on how to approach paypal, in what type of manner in order to get the funds released ?

I would GREATLY appreciate all of this

write a letter to the paper with the buyer do not enter into correspondence
explain the situation to the paper, and he will most likely take your side

do not enter into correspondence with the buyer !! he will say that the goods are not working and will require both funds and goods!

and what did you sell?
not an epl technique by any chance? there was the same problem with ipad - I paid money

Ebay holds the money for 2-3 days after delivery until your account is established
If paypal's holding the money away from that, there's another iseue
