[Question] How to really create a stealth PayPal account?

Hi,

because of various reasons im interested in creating a stealth PayPal Account and i wanted to ask if anyone has experience with this or if someone really got it to work. I know of SecondEyeSolutions, who provide VBAs and VCCs, faked gas bills, faked passports etc. Would this be enough to create a paypal account using an US residential proxy to receive a few thousand dollars per month? Or would you recommend a different country than US? Im open to all your suggestions.

Edit: It would be to receive payments from an affiliate network, nothing shady there and no chargebacks etc.
