hi I have been billed for the second month now and I have 2 questions.

Will I receive the same amount of followers that I did in the first month?
Also the website doesn't seem to be there, is this still a functioning service or I will have to do a chargeback as I only got charged yesterday?

I have not received any new followers since the new bill data and I cannot access the website to check on the status of my account etc...
