Should I remove - or Google ignores spam backlinks?

I have an e-commerce website with many poor backlinks (200-300) from 1-2 years old blogs (all with duplicate content and no traffic).
My ranking positions are really bad. I wrote many good quality contents, do the onsite things the right way, and build more (better) backlinks but my ranking isn't better.

Should I remove bad backlinks or Google simply ignores the spam links?

Ahrefs doesn't show this links but the spam blogs are indexed and I can see these in the Search Console. What could be the reason for this?

I think most of the spam backlinks are largely ignored - you will know that if they are contributing something bad to your site, when you receive a manual penalty on your site, and then you can proceed to disavow those links accordingly.
But most of these links do nothing, and it does not contribute anything - so if no warning, you can largely ignore them, unless really necessary.
The only thing that can increase your organic traffic or ranking would be extremely good links from trusted and authority sites - the more you have, the better your site's authority will increase gradually over time.

spam backlinks scks your ranking so go to webmaster and intimidate disawoo those links via your webmaster

You should remove the spam backlinks from google search console by disavowing them. As it will reflect the negative effect on your website of google search results. And if you don't know how to disavow bad links or spam links, then better to hire someone.
