Daily rituals to increase productivity?

Wake up at 7 AM, have a coffee, get to the gym, take a shower. Then plan your day and do go to bed until your plans are fully done.

lol how is to wake up 8-9 considered early?

When I want to wake up early to work more/do fitness I wake up around 4am

Because I wrote 6 to 9 am and you are so tired, probably due to waking up at 4am, that you misread the 6 as an 8.

That is why. :D

I read it well.

6 to 9 includes 8am and 9am as well..yes today I woke up at 4.30 and run 16KM. Cannot feel better right now. Not tired at all ;)

Write down what you need to do the next day, always start with most important tasks. At the end of the day if anything not done, write again for the next day.

I advise everyone to:
1) try go to sleep at 9 or 10 PM.
2) wake up from 5 to 6 AM.
3) don't eat shitty fast food.
4) cut sugar from your diet.
5) drink plenty of water.
6) focus when you work on tasks, don't distract yourself with music, or videos,
when you doing some work, do work, you will be more efficient.
7) when start doing some work, try to do pomodoro technique.

I am doing this stuff for staying productive.

Maybe get a job, and I'm serious as fuck when is say this. When I have less time for my projects I am way more productive.
Other things that I have noticed on myself,
-Don't eat too much
-Do some sport (running is cool but really hard at the begging)
-Sleep 7/8 hours (I would recommend to wake up at 7 am)
-Ashwagandha is cheap nootropic that helps a lot to stay focus

Edit: I forgot, don't eat breakfast (this changed my life)

Good Luck mate.
