I purchased 3 UK proxies from wooproxy.com for $4.05 Paypal Transaction ID: 2HF140993L925360N
I always pay them $4.05 for 3 UK proxies using BHW55 and your prices have not changed.
But, you have fraudulently charged me an extra $6.75 Paypal Transaction ID: 99F431413Y543242J
$6.75 Transaction ID: 99F431413Y543242J must not have been charged. It is a fraudulent charge by wooproxy.com and I need this $6.75 must be refunded.
Do I need to file a Paypal dispute ?

$6.75 Transaction ID: 99F431413Y543242J must not have been charged. It is a fraudulent charge by wooproxy.com and I need this $6.75 must be refunded.
Do I need to file a Paypal dispute ?

I ultimately had to file a Paypal dispute. Because of the extra charge of $6.75 : see screenshot attached
After that admin or someone named Andrey replied to me by email stating :-
you will be blocked from service completely for filing a dispute and we will add you to the fraud database for all other suppliers to see if you dont close the case

the support was provided in full to you and there is not a requirement for us to provide refunds at 3 AM at night

the refund will be provided tomorrow and you will be completely removed from our system

it is for you to decide if you want to get added to fraud databases with all your details or not

plus you will get nothing in return if you continue to follow the dispute because it is a virtual product and Paypal does not provide any protection for virtual products

it will be sided with us and you will also be liable for $20 chargeback fee

we may further pass this case onto our lawyer for additional charge due to our handling time for this

close the case and we will provide refund at WORKING hours, or we will proceed with dispute action

I replied to them, that I will close the Paypal dispute ONLY if they refund the fraudulent extra charge of $6.75
And they replied as follows :-

tomorrow. Try to raise more disputes and we are sending full documents to lawyers since you used the service and fraudulently opened cases.

The liability for charges will be $1000+ for lawyers time.

So, these guys at wooproxy allow their billing to charge unwanted extra charges and they acknowledge that the charges are not valid, but refuse to refund it and they have threatened to close my wooproxy account.
I informed them that " Refund the US$6.75 and you can stop me from purchasing more proxies.
But, if you terminate any proxies still running subscription, I will file PayPal disputes for those payments as well."

However they have still refused to give the refund for $6.75.

In my honest opinion avoid buying proxies from them.

wooproxy replied that I did not cancel a previous auto-billing. I replied to them with proof (see attachment), that I cancelled that auto-billing on the same day that I purchased the proxies !!!

I've been using these proxies for the past 2 months for IG botting. They seem to work quite well, sometimes they may be a bit slow, but generally I am happy with the price.

The only issue is that you cannot refresh them individually, but they can do it for you if you ask in the live chat.

Also, I also swapped my package and was charged a bit of extra, but to be honest that was my request.

I am interested to see if anyone is using these proxies on 2 or 3 IG accounts instead of 1 account per proxy, I started doing this now and will see how it goes. Let me know your experience guys.
