proxies facebook private

Hi guys, Can anybody know why i can not use delicated proxies orderd from newipnow in China? But i can use it in my Hongkong VPs. Setting problem? Or i should choose other proxies provider? I am using in with Jarvee for facebook accounts. Yours, Thanks

Hi all. Can anybody recommend a private proxy service that is good for creating Facebook accounts? And do I even need to say that I'm looking for proxies that aren't going to sell me spammed out IPs? Thanks for any recommendations!
