How are EPC calculated in networks like CJ?

Does anyone has idea how the EPC is calculated?

eg.
in my CJ stats,
I have a commission of $200+ with 6 sales and 100+ clicks.

How does CJ arrive at my EPC of $500+?

Isn't this a simple $200+ / 100+ clicks = $2 (approx)?

I can't seems to figure out how is their EPC calculated.

They even have some advertiser with an EPC higher than their payout.
I was thinking even if I convert every click, isn't that the max my EPC could go is the payout?

Any idea?

To calculate the EPC, you simply divide the commission generated by the number of clicks.

For example, if you receive a commission of $20 after sending 100 clicks (visitors) to the merchant...

Divide $20 by 100 = 0.20.

Your EPC is 20 cents per click.

actually for CJ, EPC is earnings per 100 clicks soooo.....

for example: 1000 clicks you would divide by 100 (cus its earnings per 100 clicks) which equals 100

then divide your earnings of $20 by 100 and get an EPC of $0.20

the 100 clicks certainly answered the query.
otherwise, it does not make sense for a $10 per action offer has a EPC of $15 ...
so, it's actually $1.50.
