After seeing some youtubers who are streaming and obviously having fake live viewers, because their chat is moving slow as hell with it saying like 5,000 current people watching and then all of a sudden it drops to like 500 watching, it's got me wondering where they are getting this service and how much it costs?

It was more of a thing to make their channel seem more popular than it was.

both, marketers will aim for the target keywords to get 1st place on the search terms they want, also they will get suggested to users that watch videos that are related, also if the live stream peak with 5k users it may get into trending on the live category (but that is not something that is guaranteed)
