First, you need a good method. You are lucky because on BHW you can find a lot of them, keep in mind most of the time you will need to add your own twist. Now when you have method automatize it with your code.

Make a bots that automate things, there are lots of services here in marketplace who are selling these services and making $$$ per month. Do create like those and start selling.
