I just noticed some keyword of my niche(adult escorts) are dancing like hell getting new result on each click,is there anyone who noticed or this is happening to me only?

That's very usual. Google split tests the SERPs.

Just to chime in, since I was mentioned and yes, I am always watching... I am not seeing widespread reports of an algorithm update. Like some said above, it might be a limited change impacting only you or a small set of webmasters.
